We cut out the failed grout with our wet saw, replace broken floor and cove base tile, and regrout the joints so the floor is sealed and cleanable. Because the new grout bonds to clean joints, the repair holds up through daily cleaning. Re-grout, tile repair, and tile replacement carry a one-year warranty.
